Design Learned, Inc. provided the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, noise control and indoor air quality engineering for the beautiful Bemidji Veterinary Hospital located in northern Minnesota. This newly built 13,500 square foot facility opened in April 2016 and is a fully equipped hospital and boarding kennel with state-of-the-art equipment and technology.

The facility is designed with careful consideration for separated air zones to safely accommodate Surgery, ICU, Isolation, Physical Therapy and Radiology areas. The heat zones use a geothermal system with quick delivery. A separate system cleans, filters, and adds fresh air to ensure the building keeps the staff and patients healthy.
