The Paws and Claws Humane Society, completed in July 2013, is located on nearly two acres and provides a spacious 10,800 square foot interior with all the amenities in which to house the dogs and cats.

Separate air exchange and HVAC systems are in place to keep disease spread to a minimum, while high pressure power washers equipped with disease-preventing disinfectants keep the space clean. The shelter rooms and housing are designed to keep noise and stress to a minimum, while separate outdoor runs and two large playgrounds give dogs more frequent outdoor time. Cats are either in open rooms or in two-story cat condos.
